National property and facilities management specialist Fasset Ltd have much cause to celebrate National FM Day on June 27th.
For over a decade Fasset Ltd has managed property assets worth in excess of £1.5m sq ft across sites in the UK. With a blue chip portfolio, the privately owned company is differentiated from much of the market with its extensive client-side experience and practical approach to commercial property solutions.
The company's flagship location is managed multi-tenanted business park, Langstone Technology Park in Havant. The park is a member of the newly formed network of science and technology parks, called Business Environments for Science and Technology (BEST) and is currently 99% occupied.
Fasset is the managing agent at two other prestigious locations, Hersham Place Technology Park, Surrey (97% occupied) and Caswell Science and Technology Park, Northamptonshire (49% occupied).

Fasset employ around 150 staff across its locations, including apprentices and graduates. Implementing an innovative integrated facilities and service solution is a relatively new concept in the market but one with proven results, for example, in excess of 90% retention at the Langstone site and 92% in overall customer satisfaction in 2011 (38% over the national average).
