With over 30 years experience in engineering and facilities management, Brian is well placed to co-ordinate and manage the smooth running of the 25-acre prestigious business park.
With previous roles in the music industry, hotel and leisure sector and even Reading football club, Brian joins us from managing the Lockheed Martin site at Ampthill. He is therefore well placed to lead the 28-strong onsite service delivery team who has responsibility for ensuring that the quality of the facilities for clients and tenants based at the park are second to none.
Brian comments: “The diversity, location and high quality of services at Caswell made me immediately want to take on this role. The site has a wealth of potential and my challenge will be to build on the facilities management and service delivery we already provide and make the site a real force to be reckoned with in the region”.
